We typically book 3-7 days in advance, but can often accommodate urgent requests. During busy periods (spring cleaning, pre-Christmas), booking 1-2 weeks ahead ensures your preferred time slot.

Based in Wembley, we service all metropolitan Perth suburbs within a one-hour drive. This includes areas from Yanchep and Joondalup in the north to Mandurah in the south, and from the coast to the hills. Not sure if we cover your area? Just ask – all enquiries welcome!

Perth weather can be unpredictable at certain times of the year. Light rain doesn’t affect window cleaning (in fact, it helps!), but for heavy rain or storms, we’ll contact you to reschedule at no extra charge. We monitor weather forecasts and communicate any changes promptly.

Our transparent pricing is simple:

• Single storey homes: $70 per hour
• Double storey homes: $80 per hour
• Minimum service: 2 hours

Our standard service includes:

• Interior and exterior glass cleaning
• Window frame cleaning
• Window track and sill cleaning
• Cobweb removal around windows
• Fly screen cleaning (if easily removable)
• Minor mark/sticker removal

Tracks are cleaned as we go unless they’re exceptionally dirty and require vacuuming first (additional time may apply).

Yes! We clean fly screens if they’re easily removable. For fixed or security screens, we clean around them. Damaged or very delicate screens are noted and cleaned at owner’s discretion.

Minor marks and stains are included in our standard service. Severe staining, paint, concrete splatter, or other construction residue may require specialized treatment at additional cost. We’ll always advise before proceeding.

No, we don’t clean blinds, curtains, or shutters. We work carefully around your furnishings and can advise when they need to be tied back for access.

Not necessarily. Many clients provide access instructions and we complete the service while they’re at work. We can:

• Work with hidden keys
• Use gate codes
• Coordinate with property managers
• Send before/after photos for peace of mind

To ensure efficient service:

• Clear window sills of decorative items
• Ensure access to all windows (unlock gates, restrain pets)
• Move cars from areas where we need access
• Tie back curtains if needed
• Alert us to any broken/sensitive windows

We love pets! Please let us know about any dogs or outdoor pets. For everyone’s safety, we ask that dogs be secured while we work. Indoor cats are usually fine, but please mention any escape artists!

Yes, we carry comprehensive public liability insurance to protect your property. 

Absolutely! We use biodegradable, eco-friendly cleaning products that won’t harm your plants, lawn, or garden. Our purified water system is actually better for plants than tap water!

We minimize ladder use for safety. When ladders are necessary, we follow strict safety protocols and never lean ladders against glass or gutters.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you notice any issues:

1. Call us within 48 hours
2. We’ll return promptly to address concerns
3. No additional charge for touch-ups
4. If you’re still not satisfied, we’ll refund the affected portion

This varies by location and weather:

• Coastal areas: 6-8 weeks (salt spray)
• Main roads: 8-10 weeks (traffic pollution)
• Suburban areas: 10-12 weeks
• Protected areas: 12-16 weeks

Our purified water system helps windows stay cleaner longer than traditional methods.

Yes, we can offer monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly and six-monthly flexible scheduling.

Regular customers receive priority scheduling and locked-in rates.

Yes, we specialize in post-construction cleaning. However, we don’t remove paint, concrete, or plaster – this requires specialized restoration. We’ll assess and quote accordingly.

Yes! Solar panel cleaning is one of our specialties. We use purified water and soft brushes to safely clean panels without voiding warranties. Regular cleaning can improve efficiency by up to 25%.

While we don’t offer true “emergency” window cleaning, we can often accommodate urgent requests for special events, property inspections, or sales. Priority service may incur a small surcharge during busy periods.
